SMA Edu Global Bandung Pertahankan Presentase Kelulusan SNBP 2024


SMA Edu Global selalu berkomitmen memberikan layanan prima, termasuk dalam persiapan siswa dalam menghadapi Seleksi Nasional Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (SNPMB) 2024. Seperti pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya, SNPMB terbagi atas 2 proses seleksi yaitu SNBP (Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Prestasi) dan UTBK-SNBT (Ujian Tes Berbasis Komputer-Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes). SMA Edu Global Bandung yang memiliki akreditasi A, kembali mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengirimkan 40% dari jumlah total siswa kelas 12 untuk mendaftar pada jalur SNBP (siswa eligible). 


Tahun 2024, siswa eligible SMA Edu Global Bandung sejumlah 16 siswa dari program IPA dan 9 siswa dari program IPS. Setelah pengumuman kuota release, maka pihak sekolah mulai memproses data siswa untuk menyeleksi siapa saja yang berhak menjadi siswa eligible. Siswa eligible ditentukan berdasarkan peringkat akademik (rata-rata nilai keseluruhan) dan juga faktor lain seperti nilai karakter dan talenta siswa. Siswa eligible yang sudah terpilih kemudian akan mendapatkan personal coaching dengan BK untuk menentukan pilihan jurusan berdasarkan nilai, bakat dan minat siswa. Pada tahun sebelumnya (di kelas 11), siswa SMA Edu Global telah mendapatkan tes Talents Mapping guna memetakan bakat dan minat siswa dan dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis jenjang karir siswa saat menempuh perguruan tinggi, dalam hal ini memilih jurusan sesuai dengan minat dan bakatnya. 


Selain personal coaching siswa juga mendapat Bimbingan Mental (BINTAL) secara berkala. Tema-tema yang dihadirkan dalam BINTAL bertujuan untuk membantu siswa merefleksikan kembali cita-cita mereka dan mewujudkannya dalam langkah nyata. Selain itu dengan adanya BINTAL secara berkala, diharapkan mampu memberikan motivasi kepada siswa diantara penatnya aktivitas kelas 12.

Syukur atas rahmat Allah Swt., SMA Edu Global Bandung pada SNBP 2024 telah berhasil mengantarkan 7 siswa ke Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN): 5 orang program IPA dan 2 orang program IPS.

"Perkenalkan saya ibu dari 2 anak yang bersekolah di SMA EGS Bandung. Alasan kami memilih EGS untuk putri pertama kami krn pihak sekolah dapat memahami karakter anak kami yg pada saat itu mempunyai banyak kegiatan di luar akademik, dan dgn kemampuannya itu EGS malah banyak melibatkan Aurel dalam lomba lomba di luar sekolah, sehingga beberapa diantaranya memdapatkan prestasi. Suasana belajar yg tidak menegangkan dan jumlah anak di kelas yang hanya 20 orang sangat cocok untuk Aurel shingga menghantarkan Aurel mendptkan kuota jalur rapot.Mengikuti arahan dan bimbingan para guru Aurel berhasil masuk Fikom UNPAD jalur rapot dan alhamdulillah menyelesaikan kuliahnya dlm waktu 3.5 tahun Cum Laude.

Dengan alasan yg sama kami kembali menyekolahkan anak kedua kami di EGS dan Alhamdulillah juga bisa mdptkan kuota jalur rapot.

Kedua anak kami menguasai keterampilam berbahas inggris yg bagus tanpa mengikuti les d luar sekolah, Rayhan memiliki score ielts 7.5 sehingga bisa mendaftar dan diterima di beberapa Universitas luar negeri , Aurel pun berhasil magang menjadi guru bahasa inggris di Turki selama 4 bulan.

Sekolah bukan hanya tempat untuk belajar akademik tp juga tempat untuk mengasah berbagai potensi diri dan melatih percaya diri..dan di EGS anak anak kami Alhamdulillah bertumbuh dan terarah.
