Bandung, June 21, 2025 - A heartwarming and memorable graduation ceremony for the Class of 2025 of Edu Global High School was held at Hotel Aryaduta Bandung, located at Jl. Sumatera No. 51, Citarum, Kota Bandung. The event was attended by 63 graduates, proud parents, dedicated teachers and staff, as well as representatives from the Kreasi Edulab Indonesia Foundation.
The event ran smoothly and solemnly. Carrying the theme “Ngahontal Cita, Ngawangun Jagat, Ngajadi Nu Kahormat" (Reaching Dreams, Building the World, Becoming Honorable), this year’s graduation beautifully blended cultural heritage with academic achievement, reflecting the spirit and values of Edu Global High School.
The ceremony began with the traditional “Mapag Wisudawan” (Welcoming the Graduates), performed by a cultural ceremony team. The procession was stunning, elegant, and deeply rooted in local tradition, perfectly representing the graduation theme. It was a symbolic welcome for the graduates as they prepared to embark on a new life journey. Following the procession was a touching farewell from the teachers a moment full of warmth and emotion, marking the end of an unforgettable chapter in the lives of the students. The school’s Dance Club gave a vibrant and energetic performance of the traditional Bajidor Kahot dance. The performance brought joy and excitement to the audience, celebrating the students’ spirit, creativity, and perseverance.
There were several inspiring speeches delivered by key figures who have played vital roles in the students’ educational journey. The event featured heartfelt remarks from Mr. Erlangga Kalingga, S.E., representing the parents, who expressed deep gratitude and pride in witnessing their children’s growth and accomplishments. Mr. A. Haris Muhtar, S.Si, the Principal of Edu Global High School Bandung, delivered a message full of reflection and hope, emphasizing the importance of character and lifelong learning. Following him, Mr. Rahmat Hidayat, S.Pd., M.Pd., the School Supervisor, shared words of encouragement, reminding the graduates of their responsibilities as future leaders. Lastly, Mr. Zulhanuddin Lubis, S.H., M.A.P., Chairman of the Kreasi Edulab Indonesia Foundation, gave a visionary speech, motivating students to become contributors to society and to pursue their dreams with integrity and resilience. Each speech served as a reminder of the collective support system behind every student’s success.
The highlight of the ceremony was the official inauguration of the Edu Global High School graduates. Inauguration is more than just a formal event—it represents the school's recognition that students have completed an important phase of education. It signifies a transition from learning to leading, from dreaming to achieving, from being guided to becoming guiding lights for others.
To recognize and celebrate the exceptional achievements of the students, a series of awards were presented during the ceremony. Keisha Azkia Laila Kalingga received the Best Academic award for her outstanding performance and dedication in academics. The Best Tahsin award was given to Yasmin Tsaniya Mardhiyani Irfan for her excellence in Quranic recitation. Siti Rahma Aisha Nydia Amaranti was honored with the Best Talent award, showcasing her remarkable skills in the martial arts.
Demonstrating exemplary values and behavior, Muhammad Azri Ruzain Ramdhani earned the Best Character award. The Best Organizer award was awarded to Lunetta Kirana Sari Hantoro for her leadership and event coordination capabilities especially for Egsclusive event 2024. Lastly, Herald Mascherano Setia Budi Sinaga was recognized with the Best IELTS Score award, reflecting his outstanding English proficiency. Each recipient represented a different facet of excellence, embodying the holistic values nurtured at Edu Global High School.
Beside that, a powerful student speech was delivered by Herald Mascherano Setia Budi Sinaga, who took the audience on a nostalgic journey back to their PUSDIK (Character Building Program) in 2022. The speech was followed by the original PUSDIK chant, reigniting the spirit and unity of the graduating class.
The graduates then took the Alumni Oath, committing to uphold the values of their alma mater. This was followed by the singing of “Bagimu Negeri” and “Terima Kasih Guruku”, a heartfelt tribute to the nation and their beloved teachers. A final prayer was offered, officially concluding the graduation ceremony.
As a closing tribute, the Grade 12 students presented a video documentary showcasing memories from their three-year journey at Edu Global High School. Laughter, tears, and smiles filled the room as moments of friendship, growth, and transformation were relived.
The event concluded with musical performances by the Grade 12 vocal team Alya Khazimah, Naura Khansa, Hanum, Annisa, and Arief who performed “Bahagia” by GAC and “Lagu Untukmu” by Raisa, bringing the audience to an emotional and joyful end.
Graduation is not the end, it is the beginning of a new adventure. Congratulations, Class of 2025. Continue to reach your dreams, build a better world, and become honorable individuals wherever you go.
