Bandung, 4 September 2025, SMA Edu Global Bandung menggelar peringatan Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW secara daring pada Kamis (4/9), dengan menghadirkan Ustadz Guntur Eko, S.Sos. sebagai pembicara utama. Acara ini diikuti dengan penuh khidmat oleh siswa dan guru.


Kegiatan diawali dengan sambutan dari Kepala Sekolah SMA Edu Global Bandung, Bapak A. Haris Muhtar, S.Si. Dalam sambutannya, beliau menekankan bahwa peringatan Maulid Nabi bukan sekadar kegiatan seremonial tahunan, tetapi juga sarana untuk menumbuhkan rasa cinta kepada Rasulullah SAW dan meneladani akhlak mulianya. Beliau juga berharap agar kegiatan ini dapat memotivasi siswa untuk mengamalkan nilai-nilai Islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di masyarakat.


Setelah itu, Ustadz Guntur Eko menyampaikan tausiyah yang mengisahkan perjalanan hidup Rasulullah SAW yang penuh makna. Beliau menjelaskan bagaimana kelahiran Nabi menjadi cahaya yang membawa harapan bagi umat manusia di tengah kegelapan jahiliyah. Dengan tutur yang hangat, beliau juga mengisahkan masa muda Rasul hingga menerima wahyu pertama yang mengubah peradaban dunia.


Kajian kemudian ditutup dengan kisah masa-masa akhir kehidupan Rasulullah SAW yang penuh keteladanan. Meski telah berpulang ke rahmatullah, ajaran beliau tetap hidup dan relevan bagi umat Islam hingga saat ini. Ustadz Guntur menekankan pentingnya menjadikan keteladanan Nabi sebagai pedoman dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman modern.

Usai kajian, acara dilanjutkan dengan pengumuman pemenang lomba yang sebelumnya telah diselenggarakan panitia. Lomba tersebut meliputi kaligrafi, vokal lagu islami, serta tebak gambar bertema islami. Pengumuman ini disambut meriah oleh para siswa yang antusias menanti hasil karya mereka dihargai.

Walaupun kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara online, panitia berharap semangat kebersamaan, kecintaan kepada Rasulullah SAW, serta nilai-nilai keteladanan yang disampaikan dapat tetap dirasakan oleh seluruh peserta. Semoga kegiatan ini menjadi inspirasi bagi siswa untuk terus memperkuat iman, memperbaiki akhlak, dan meneladani Rasulullah SAW dalam setiap langkah kehidupan.
