Pesta Demokrasi dan Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Organisasi SMA Edu Global


Dalam organisasi, di akhir masa kepengurusan umumnya akan diadakan laporan pertanggungjawaban (LPJ) sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab terhadap program-program kerja yang telah dilaksanakan selama satu periode kepengurusan. Pada Kamis, 23 Oktober 2024, Student Government (SG) SMA Edu Global dan Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid (DKM) Daarul ‘Ilmi mengikuti kegiatan LPJ yang diselenggarakan oleh Majelis Perwakilan Kelas (MPK) di SMA Edu Global Bandung. Kegiatan ini melibatkan partisipasi seluruh anggota organisasi yang secara bergantian menyampaikan laporan pertanggungjawaban. Penguji dalam kegiatan ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah dan perwakilan Guru SMA Edu Global Bandung. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan LPJ setiap organisasi dinyatakan diterima bersyarat.




Pembentukan kepengurusan organisasi periode selanjutnya diawali dengan pendaftaran calon ketua serta wakil SG dan DKM yang dilakukan di minggu ke-3 bulan Oktober 2024. Dari SG terdapat tiga pasangan calon (paslon) yang mendaftar yaitu Meztli-Daaniyah, Keysha-Emir dan Adinda-Rasyid. Sedangkan, dari DKM terdapat dua pasangan calon yang mendaftar yaitu Halim-Fatih dan Alya-Khalil. Setelah masa pendaftaran, para paslon melaksanakan debat terbuka di hadapan warga sekolah yang membahas tentang visi, misi, rencana program kerja, inovasi dan sebagainya. Puncak kegiatan rangkaian pemilihan calon ketua dan wakil dilaksanakan melalui pemilihan umum (Pemilu) oleh seluruh siswa SMA Edu Global Bandung.


Hasil dari pemilu yang telah dilaksanakan memperoleh hasil yaitu paslon Keysha-Emir terpilih sebagai ketua serta wakil SG periode 24/25 dan Halim-Fatih terpilih sebagai ketua serta wakil DKM periode 24/25. Berselang satu minggu, kedua pasangan yang terpilih melakukan rekrutmen anggota kepengurusan untuk mengisi divisi-divisi yang ada. Hasil dari rekrutmen tersebut meloloskan 32 orang pengurus SG dan 20 orang pengurus DKM. 




Untuk membekali pengetahuan dan keterampilan organisasi para pengurus organisasi MPK, SG, dan DKM periode 24/25 dilaksanakan kegiatan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Organisasi (LDKO) pada 21-23 November 2024 di Villa Cattleya Cibodas. Rangkaian dari kegiatan LDKO meliputi sesi penyampaian materi Kesekretariatan, Proposal, Tata Upacara Sipil (TUS), Keuangan, Spreadsheet, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan beberapa permainan kekompakan. Selanjutnya, pengurus organisasi periode 24/25 akan dilantik secara resmi pada hari Senin, 25 November 2024.
